Tamil actor Suriya, who is awaiting the release of 24, is busy shooting for his next film S3 which is the third installment of the popular Singam franchise. Suriya plays a righteous cop in this film which is being directed by Hari. Shruti Haasan and Anushka are playing the female leads in the film.
The team was supposed to shoot crucial scenes in Malaysia this month, but persistent rains there have forced the makers to alter their plans. They have decided to shoot in Vizag for sometime and head to Malaysia in the last week of this month.
Already, some important scenes were canned in Vizag in the first schedule. The unit later shot a romantic song and some scenes in Romania. The film is slated to hit the screens in October. Harris Jayraj is composing the tunes.
