Puri Jagan is known for giving unexpected jolts to his teammates and sometimes, to heroes as well. There have been instances when Puri announced projects even before heroes officially gave the go ahead. Chiranjeevi’s ‘Auto Johny’ is a classic example.
Puri is desperately trying to rope in NTR for a movie and he has narrated a few lines to the star. While discussions and work is still going on, Puri may well spring a surprise by ‘announcing’ this project with a name on NTR’s birthday, which falls on the 20th of May.
This has become a hot topic now among fans and movie lovers. Opinion about an NTR – Puri project is divided. Many fans feel that Puri deserves a chance, since NTR sprang back to form with ‘Temper’ after many years. But there is a strong opposition as well, which says that Temper is a film that could have been handled a lot better and that Tarak’s acting prowess saved the film and not Puri.
Whatever the arguments may be, it is quite difficult to predict the actions of Puri,who is a maverick just like his guru Ram Gopal Varma.
