Popular Bollywood cinematographer Aseem Mishra, who was roped in to can shots for Ram Charan’s Dhruva, backed out from the project after two brief schedules. The makers have now brought on board PS Vinod to handle the camera. While there were various reasons said about Aseem’s sudden exit, it is learnt that the delay in the shoot was one of the major reasons.
A close source to the unit revealed that the shooting is progressing at a snail pace and Ram Charan, who was supposed to join shoot in May, didn’t turn up due to various commitments and the delay is inevitable. In the meantime, Aseem got an offer for a big ticket Bollywood film. So, he has decided to back out from Dhruva.
The fresh schedule has started in Hyderabad today and Ram Charan has commenced shooting for his role. Directed by Surender Reddy, the film has Rakul Preet Singh as the heroine.
