Virat Kohli,Anushka Sharma New Luxury apartment at worli
Indian cricket star Virat Kohli has bought himself a spacious apartment in Mumbai according to recent reports. The apartment is located in residential project ‘Omkar 1973’, Worli. Its de-veloper is Omkar Realtors & Developers. The luxury pad itself costs around Rs 34 crore.
Sources say that the luxury pad consists of 7,171 sq ft, on the 35th floor and has a view of the sea. Yuvraj Singh, a teammate of Kohli’s, is reportedly the owner of an apartment on the 29th floor of the same building which he bought in 2014.
The talks for the acquisition of the apartment have taken place over the last few months ac-cording to sources of the Economic Times. But the final deal itself was concluded over the last few days. The 5 bedroom house will soon be customised as it is unfurnished right now.
Virat as well as Anushka Sharma, actress and girlfriend, were spotted while exiting the realty developer’s office last year. The assumption is that they were there to see and discuss about the flats.
The apartment itself is located in a super luxury project consisting of 3 towers. Flats belonging to Kohli and Yuvraj are situated in tower C. The developer has described the flats as contain-ing ‘sprawling living rooms’, ‘minimalistic bedrooms’, a room for children, an area for gym equipment and a cigar room.
The developer has already managed to sell around 70% of the flats within the property. Kohli’s tower C will be tentatively delivered around the middle of 2018.
