Ram Charan is playing a cop in his upcoming film Dhruva, which is the official remake of Tamil hit Thani Oruvan. Recently, a couple of pictures revealing Charan’s look in the film went viral in the social media. The Bruce Lee actor is looking much leaner and fitter than what he was previously. Following a full fledged vegetarian diet is what the secret behind Charan’s sturdy look.
Close sources to the actor revealed that he started prepping up for this role a few months ago and followed a strict diet and strenuous exercise to look the part in the police officer’s character. The source added that Charan also recruited a couple of trainers to supervise his workout sessions and he is finally happy to achieve the desired look.
The Surender Reddy directional features Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead and Aravind Swamy as the antagonist. Geetha Arts banner is pooling resources for this film which is aiming for Dusheera release.
