Natural star Nani, who is riding high with consecutive hits, will soon team up with ‘Cinema Choopistha Mava’ fame director Nakkina Trinadh Rao for a rustic drama titled Nenu Local. Star producer Dil Raju will pool in money bags for this film and ace tunesmith Devi Sri Prasad will render the tunes. The pre production work is progressing at a brisk pace and the regular shooting is likely to commence in October.
Telugu360 has exclusively learnt that young actor Naveen Chandra, who is popular for his role in Andhala Rakshashi, has been approached for the antagonist role in the film. A close source to the production department revealed that Naveen is impressed with the line and his signing the dotted line is just a formality. The makers are planning to shoot majority of the film in Kurnool, Guntur and Vijayawada. The location scouting is currently underway in these cities.
Keerthi Suresh will play Nani’s love interest in the film.
