Allu Sirish’s srirasthu subhmasthu overseas rights by classic cinemas
With many Mega heroes proving their mettle in Tollywood, Allu Arjun’s brother Allu Sirish is desperate to make a mark for himself. His debut film, Gouravam and his second outing, Kotha Janta ended on a disappointing note at the box office. So, Sirish has taken a brief gap and is coming up with a complete makeover for his upcoming movie titled Srirastu Subhamastu. Parasuram directed this romantic family entertainer which completed its shoot recently and is gearing up for an August release.
The team has been looking for an overseas buyer from a long time. Geetha Arts finally made a smart move by packaging it with Ram Charan’s ‘Dhruva‘. So Classic Cinemas had to buy Srirastu Subhamastu for a unrealistic price of 50 lakhs. Classic Cinemas, which bought the overseas rights of Mahesh Babu’s Brahmotsavam and Aadi’s past two films and failed to recover the minimum investment, has now pinned a lot of hopes on the film. They have also acquired the overseas rights of Ramcharan’s Dhruva for 5 Crores.
Allu Sirish and Lavanya Tripathi played the lead roles in Srirastu Subhamastu which has been produced by Allu Aravind on Geetha Arts banner. Srirastu Subhamastu has been slated for release all over on August 5 th . SS Thaman composed the music and the audio of the movie is a massive hit already. The recently revealed theatrical trailer has been trending all over. Sirish is very confident of the film’s success.
