After a series of debacles he is back to success track with Temper and Nannaku Prematho. He is currently shooting for his next movie titled Janatha Garage in the direction of Koratala Siva which is in final stages of shoot. Tarak will be seen as an IIT student in the film and he will be seen romancing Samantha, Nithya Menen in the movie. Malayalam Superstar Mohanlal will be seen in a crucial role in the film and Janatha Garage is one of the most awaited films in the coming days in Tollywood.

As per the latest news we hear, the satellite rights of Janatha Garage have been sold out for a whopping price of Rs 12.5 crores which is highest among Tarak’s films. Admist huge competition, the satellite rights deal has been closed by MAA TV. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director and Thiru is the cinematographer. Mythri Movie Makers are bankrolling the film which has been made on a massive budget of Rs 60 crores. The movie has been slated for a massive release on September 2nd all over.

Tarak grabbed two awards at the Mirchi Music Awards for the songs ‘Follow Follow’ & ‘Geleya Geleya’. He has been awarded the “Star as a Singing Sensation”.
