SS Rajamouli’s blockbuster war spectacle ‘Baahubali : The Beginning’ has plundered more than 600 Crores worldwide after its grand release last year. The magnum opus has won numerous accolades in various renowned film festivals across the globe and also bagged the prestigious national award in India. The stupendous success of the first part has created an unprecedented buzz on the concluding part which is expected to hit the screens in April next year.
The pre release business for the sequel is mind blowing and already the theatrical rights in many areas have been sold for a solid price. Now, it learnt from reliable sources that star producer Suresh Babu has shelled out 50 Crores for the Nizam rights of ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’. Reportedly, there is stiff competition between Dil Raju and Suresh Babu and the latter has bagged the rights by offering the better price. Close sources revealed that Dil Raju went up to 40 Crores. We have to wait for an official confirmation regarding this news.
The first part of the magnum opus has performed exceedingly well in Nizam and notched up more that 40 Crores share. Dil Raju distributed the film all over Nizam.
