Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is now awaiting the release of his next two films – Sahasame Swaasagaa Saagipo and Premam. Sahasame Swaasagaa Saagipo, directed by Gautham Menon, was supposed to release long back. But due to various production issues, the makers have deferred the release date on a couple of occasions. In the meantime, Chaitu wrapped up the shooting for his next film, Premam.
Ever since Premam went on floors, the makers have been saying that they are planning to release the film in September. As the production activities are nearing completion, yesterday they have officially announced September 9th as the release date. With in a couple of hours, Gautham Menon also announced that Sahasame Swaasagaa Saagipo will hit the screens on September 9th. These announcements came in as a big surprise to the trade circles.
Now, close sources to Naga Chaitanya revealed that he is unhappy with these announcements. The source added that both the producers didn’t have a word with Chaitu before announcing the release dates to media. So, Chaitu is displeased with the clash of dates and has reportedly spoke to both the producers to alter the dates. After a while, Chaitanya took to Twitter and said that no date has been finalized for the films and said that he will soon announce them officially. So, it is now somewhat clear that Chaitu is trying to avoid the clash of his two films.
Will post the exact dates as soon as we decide .. Watch this space ! If it's not here .. It's not true 🙂
