Creative filmmaker Krishna Vamshi is continuing to spring surprises with his casting coup for the upcoming cop drama, Nakshatram. The film features Sundeep Kishan and Regina Cassandra in the lead roles. It is a known fact that Krishna Vamshi roped in Kicha Sudeep and Kajal Aggarwal for crucial roles in the film. Recently, it has been officially confirmed that Sai Dharam Tej will be playing a powerful 20 minute cameo in this film.

Now, the latest we hear is that young hero Tanish, who appeared in films like Nachavule , Ride and Mem Vayasaku Vacham, has been roped in to play a negative role in Nakshatram. It is learnt that Tanish will lock horns with Sundeep Kishan who is playing a serious cop in the film. Veteran actor Prakash Raj is playing an important role in this film.
