Nandamuri Kalyan Ram teamed up with dashing filmmaker Puri Jagannadh for the first time in his career for a film titled Ism. The shooting part is nearing completion and the film is slated to hit the screens for Dusheera. Former Miss India Aditi Arya is playing the female lead in the film which also features Jagapathi Babu in a crucial role.
The first look teaser of the film will be unveiled today evening at 5 O Clock on the eve of Vinayaka Chaviti. Kalyan Ram is sporting a six pack avatar and his look revealing the same has took everyone by surprise after the posters have been released a couple of days back. Kalyan Ram plays a hard-line journalist who goes to any extent for justice. Tipped to be a full length commercial entertainer with social elements aplenty, Ism is being produced by Kalyan Ram on his NTR Arts banner.
Anup Rubens is composing the soundtrack for the film.
