Hyderabad: Vaastu-obsessed Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has set up idol of Pochamma Thalli, a goddess typically revered by people of Telangana, in his Camp Office-cum residence in Hyderabad. KCR on Thursday along with his wife Shobha Rao set up the idol and performed special prayers.
Since the Chief Minister wanted some changes to be done in the present Camp Office as per vaastu, the works have been completed. Meanwhile, works of the new Camp Office are in final stage. The new one is coming up adjacent to the present one.
The CM will be moving to the new Camp Office in another few days after zeroing in right muhurat. The new building is being constructed by spending Rs 13.5 crore of public money. The new camp office is coming in the area of 5205 square feet.
