Dharani, South Indian elegance now expands to Connecticut…
After a grand success in Boston, Raleigh and Albany, the restaurant at Manchester CT, located centrally, will offer a great mix of South Indian dishes and delicacies covering all ‘Dakshin’ regions.
Altamount Restaurant Group, well known for their elegant establishments in United States jointly collaborates with Damineni Group to expand its Dharani chain to Manchester, Connecticut, Once a center of the American silk industry and currently the shopping hub for the state’s residents.
The new Dharani in Manchester opens with a promise of the ‘flavours of Dakshin’, bringing all south Indian flavors. The new restaurant is an addition to the growing Altamount presence that also launched Dharani recently in Albany, New York, attracting a great response from the Indian community.
The restaurant is located strategically closer to the Hartford downtown and other premier neighborhoods having a significant Indian population. The new restaurant with 5000 Sqft, and a function hall is all redesigned to cater all events including private or corporate.
“The menu reflects our restaurant concept, style and quality we deliver, thus giving our customers to enjoy the home cooking goodness” said Aswani Sreedhar Thotakura, Managing Partner Dharani.
Some of the attractive names on the opening menu will include signature dishes of from various south Indian pockets covering Coastal Andhra favorite Pesarattu Korma, wide variety of dosas, Dum Biryani from the Nizami kitchen of Hyderabad, Chettinad dishes from down south and Indo-Chinese varieties that will feed your cravings.
Dharani’s mega buffet will serve mouthwatering live Jalebis, Chaat and dosa stations, Indian Pastries and cakes with 50 plus items on second Sunday of every month.
