Tollywood actress Seerat Kapoor has been badly disturbed with an act by her fan after which she pledged not to repeat them in future. One of her fan wrote to her expressing about his love to her. He sent a picture with his hand cut in the shape of S with blood which disturbed her badly. On behalf of all the actors, Seerat requested not to attempt such acts in future.
