Thalapathy Vijay has not yet secured a steady market for his movies in Telugu states. But things are slowly changing. For the first time, huge cutouts of Vijay are being erected at single screens for his upcoming release ‘Whistle’.
The Telugu presenter of the movie will be erecting a huge 50-ft cut out of Vijay at the main theater Sandhya at RTC X Roads in Hyderabad. Such massive cutouts are reserved only for Telugu mass heroes. With ‘Whistle’, Vijay wants to grab the market for his movies here.
‘Whistle’ is directed by Atlee who is one of the most successful directors in South India. The film is riding high on expectations. It is said to be made on the lines of ‘Chak De India’. But hero playing dual roles of a father and son has given the new dimension. Set for October 25th release, ‘Whistle’ is simultaneously releasing in Tamil and Telugu languages
