VV Vinayak was once one of the best mass directors of Telugu cinema. He lost track and is struggling to get back to success streak. Vinayak built a swanky bungalow in the prime location in Jubilee Hills but he later sold it after the disaster of Akhil. He bought land across the outskirts of the city. Vinayak recently started constructing a lavish home space in Narsingi area.
The town planning authorities recently demolished the under construction property after Vinayak started the construction violating the rules. Vinayak stayed away from responding for the notices after which they entered the scene and demolished the building. Several other properties are demolished as the region falls under GO 111. VV Vinayak is yet to announce his next project as a director and he is soon making his debut as an actor.
