But, a kind of impossible and unimaginable thing took place in Vemuri Radhakrishna’s ABN-Andhra Jyothi news channel in its programme ‘Inside’ on Saturday night. The channel made critical comments against the Telugu Desam Party national general secretary Nara Lokesh, son of the Chief Minister NCB, a friend and philosopher of Vemuri.

Referring to Lokesh’s recent interaction with college students in Tirupathi, the story explained as to how students were ‘bored’ by the speeches of Telugu Desam leaders before the arrival of chinna babu. “Realising the fact that students grew restive, the organisers asked a student to do mimicry,” it said.

The story was critical on Lokesh’s response to the questions asked by students. “Lokesh didn’t answer the questions of students well. He repeatedly said that Chief Minister will take care of everything,” it reported.

The story also quoted some Telugu Desam leaders as saying that cadres were not happy with this.
