In a dramatic situation, Icon Star Allu Arjun was arrested yesterday in the Sandhya theatre stampede case. Allu Arjun was sent for remand for 14 days by the Nampally court but he was granted immediate bail by the Telangana High Court. As the formalities were delayed, Allu Arjun had to stay in Chanchalguda jail. He was released early in the morning and he headed to Geetha Arts office. After completing an interaction with the legal and PR team, Allu Arjun headed back home.

He hugged his wife Sneha and son Ayaan on return and he interacted with the media. Allu Arjun kept his speech simple without any controversies. “I am doing absolutely fine and I thank everyone for the support. There is nothing to worry about. I am a law-abiding citizen, I respect the law and I will cooperate with them. I would give my condolences once again for the family. It is very very unfortunate and it was totally unintentional. I am sorry for what has happened. I have been watching films like this for the past 20 years and such incidents have never happened. I will be there to support them. Once again, I would like to thank each and everyone for the support” told Allu Arjun.
