Union Home Minister Amit Shah has openly expressed his dissatisfaction at the impatient attitude of YCP MP Vijayasai Reddy. It happened at the all-party meeting held in Delhi ahead of the coming Parliament session. Shah fired at Vijayasai asking him why he is needlessly starting a debate on the issue of Ex Minister Chidambaram’s bail issue. Shah asked YCP MP why he is responding on an issue that is not connected to his party.
The whole issue came up when Congress told the all-party meet that Chidambaram should be permitted to take bail in order to attend the Parliament winter session. As Congress members were about to explain their stand, Vijayasai Reddy intervened and accused Congress of double standards. Reddy said that Congress harassed Jaganmohan Reddy by filing false cases and putting him in jail when it was in power.
The leaders of other parties took immediate objection to Vijayasai remarks. They told Vijayasai to realise the significance of all-party meet at which issues of a particular state cannot be raised. Amit Shah also gave a blow to Vijayasai who had no option but to fall silent.
