BJP National President Amit Shah came out with a cinematic line, more like Nandamuri Balakrishna (NBK) in his verbal attack against AP CM Chandrababu Naidu. The one liner from Amit Shah, is ought to remind NBK for once. He questioned, why the centre should release funds should when the AP State government is not being accountable.
‘When the state government has not been accountable even for a single rupee towards funds sanctioned for AP Capital Amaravati, why should the Centre release more funds? Chandrababu is still living in his Singapore dream. He is not yet out of it.
He does not hold the right to speak about the developed cities in Gujarat. All those are developed with the aid of the state’s funding. The Gujarat State Government never took any funds from the Centre to develop its cities.
The Centre has already sanctioned Rs 2,100 crores, and accounts for the sanctioned amount has not reached the Centre yet. In this circumstances how will the Centre issue more funds? Were the tenders only called for one building construction?
Self-attested certificates issued by CBN will not be accepted. There is no question of going for early-polls. Apart from educating people about real truths, and facts, there are no other challenges in front of us’, concluded Amit Shah.
While responding to these comments later in the day, CBN said, ‘who is Amit Shah in the first place to talk about Centre’s release of funds. But it is the same CBN who gave an explanation to every comment made by Amit Shah, in the letter sent to AP Govt. a few months ago.
