The YCP government is facing lot of allegations from rivals for giving top priority to Reddy caste in appointments and important positions in Amaravati, which is the seat of administration. Totally ignoring this, the Jagan Reddy government is bringing another Reddy IAS officer on deputation from Karnataka. CM Jagan has written a letter to the Centre for approving deputation of Rohini Sindhuri Reddy to AP. She is presently serving as the District Collector of Hasan.
Born in Khammam district, Sindhuri Reddy is a 2009 batch IAS officer and she has married Sudhir Reddy belonging to Nellore district. She is all likely to be made in charge of the prestigious ‘Spandana’ programme of the Jagan Reddy government. CM has visualised this programme to be very people-friendly to solve their petitions and problems to their utmost satisfaction. Jagan has been thinking of bringing in a very tough officer who will make Spandana successful and popular.
The government’s decision has become a point of secret discussions in the Secretariat. Already, Jagan has placed total control of his administration in the hands of Retired IAS Officer Ajay Kallam Reddy. He is now the Principal Advisor to the government. Even Chief Secretary LV Subrahmanyam and other top IAS officials have to report any issue to him. On the other hand, CM Jagan has kept several IAS officers without any posting on the pretext that they were close to Ex CM Chandrababu Naidu.
