Madhavi Balineni, a 39-year-old pharmacist was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Ocala Florida. Balineni was driving a 1992 Honda Accord in inside lane and for unknown reason, she crossed the median and drove into eastbound lanes causing a collision. Balineni was taken to Ocala Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead at 9:13 a.m., officials said. She was not wearing a seat belt. Her husband Chebrolu Trivikram survived with injuries. Both work as pharmacists in Ocala, FL.
