Anushka has been the care of address for women centric roles in South Indian cinema and she even shined with perfection in all her assigned roles. She is currently playing a crucial role in Nagarjuna’s Om Namo Venkatesaya and the role is said to be short but important. Anushka will be playing Krishnamma in the movie and she will be projected in four completely different looks. In one of the roles she will be seen as Godadevi and a 25 metre long saree has been stitched specially for the role.

Anushka’s character has been specially designed and the accessories, ornaments have been bought from Jaipur, Rajasthan. Anushka’s performance is said to be the major highlight of the film and she wrapped up the shoot of her character. The makers are in plans to release the first teaser of Om Namo Venkatesaya on December 24th. Directed by K Raghavendra Rao, Nag will be seen as Hathiram Baba in the film. Sai Krupa Entertainments are producing the film which will release on February 10th.
