Andhra Pradesh government has made a small step forward in respect of Kapu commission amid the hail of letters from Kapu reservation movement leader Mudragada Padmanbham. Mudragada resented the tardy progress in the constitution of commission and announcement of terms of reference for the commission to proceed. The delay is attributed to the opposition from about 100 BC castes.
