The unseemly squabble going on between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana took a new turn today with investigating agencies slapping notices on drivers of the sons of chief ministers.
Telangana Anti-Corrution Bureau which is investigation into the cash-for-vote scam issued notices to Kondal Reddy, driver of Nara Lokesh Naidu, son of Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu, under section 160 of criminal procedure code (CrPC)Wednesday morning.
Retaliating against the move, Andhra Pradesh CID, which launched a probe into the Telephone tapping case are trying to slap notices on Janaki Ram, driver and Satyanarayana, gunman of KT Ramarao, son Chandrasekhar Rao, Telangana chief minnister. The CID personnel reached the T-CMs camp officer this night to issue the orders.
They want both,Janakiram and Satyanarayna to present themselves before the CID in Vijayawada on August 14, 2015.The complaint against them is that they had threated Mattaiah to tell that Chandrababu Naidu was responsible for the cash for vote scam.
