Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said priority should be given to innovation and Andhra Pradesh Should be developed as innovation valley. He asked the district collectors to adopt innovative practices to achieve better results. He said innovation centres should be set up in all departments.
Showering praises on district Collectors on the second day of Collectors Conference here today, the Chief Minister said the state achieved progress in all sectors due to best team of officials. Stating that there is no dearth of intelligence in the state, he predicted that AP would emerge as number one in the country.
The Chief Minister asked the officials to develop knowledge economy as it leads to all round development of state. He asked the district collectors to improve coordination among officials right from village level to achieve better results.
Citing availability of panchayat raj info on mobile app, the chief minister advised the officials to simplify the procedures to make available all the information through mobile apps. He stressed the need for improving digital literacy.
Officials said that virtual class rooms will be introduced in 4000 high schools in the state by June and a target was set to introduce virtual class rooms in 6000 schools by August 15.
