Noted producer Bellamkonda Suresh who produced several big-budget films in Telugu cinema vanished away from the limelight. He is overlooking the projects of his son Bellamkonda Sreenivas. Bellamkonda Suresh produced Siddarth and Samantha starrer Jabardasth which happened to be the freemake of Bollywood film Band Baja Baraat. Yash Raj Films which produced the original filed a complaint and the court asked Bellamkonda Suresh not to sell the satellite rights of the film.

A TV channel already bought the satellite rights for Rs 3.5 crores by then but they asked Bellamkonda Suresh to return back the amount. With no response from the veteran producer, the tv channel approached the court. Bellamkonda Suresh failed to attend the court proceedings after which the court issued an arrest warrant against Bellamkonda Suresh.
