The maverick film produced by Telugu film industry, Baahubali 2, has finally completed the whitewash of all other film industries in the country.
It didn’t take long for Baahubali 2 to emerge the industry hit in the Telugu states and Karnataka. The Rajamouli directorial however took its time and marched towards the historic industry hit feats in Bollywood and Kollywood some ten days ago. The only remaining territory, Mollywood, was finally conquered this Tuesday.
By going past the 70 crore gross collection record set earlier by Malayalam superstar Mohanlal’s ‘Pulimurugan’, Baahubali 2 emerged the new biggest grosser in Kerala. With this feat, the Prabhas and Anushka starrer VFX extravaganza has become the highest grosser in all notable film industries in India.
Baahubali 2 is nearing 50 days mark but it still is raking in substantial share to stay alive in good number of theatres. With China release at the corner, Baahubali 2 is roaring to go past the worldwide record set by Dangal.
