The sequel to the two part crowd pleasing Baahubali franchise, which released to a thumping response last Friday, is storming the worldwide box office with its phenomenal run. Having earned more than 600 Crores gross in the first four days, the SS Rajamouli war drama has toppled all previous records and set a very high bar in Indian film trade.
As per the trade reports, Baahubali 2 is now the highest grossing Indian film at the domestic box office level. The film has surpassed the lifetime collections of Baahubali 1, Dangal and PK in less than a week and emerged as the top grosser in India. Trade reports suggest that the film netted more than 425 Crores in India after five days and topped the list of all time highest grossing film in India. Now, the film is cruising towards the unprecedented 1000 Crore mark and trade circles are opine that it will touch the mark by the end of this week.
In overseas, the Baahubali 2 wave is unstoppable as the collections zoomed past $ 12 Million effortlessly.
