SS Rajamouli is quite busy carving out his magnum opus Baahubali: The Conclusion which has been aimed for summer release. The ace director is leaving no stone unturned for the film and the whole team is busy promoting the film all over as the release of the film is nearing. Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar holds the Hindi rights of the film and he wanted to re-release Baahubali: The Beginning in record number of screens. Rajamouli straightaway rejected Karan’s proposal and he predicted that the film will not mint money as it has been telecasted on small screen several times.
However Karan Johar felt that Baahubali: The Beginning would rake huge figures as it was Baahubali mania all around. Baahubali: The Beginning released in Hindi in over 1000 screens across the country and the film failed to get decent occupancy over the weekend. Some of the shows have been cancelled as the theatres lacked minimum occupancy which left Karan Johar in shock. Rajamouli who never gave a chance for negative aspects surrounding the film predicted that the re-release would end up as a massive debacle however Karan Johar convinced Rajamouli which turned out into a costly mistake. Baahubali: The Conclusion is all set for April 28th release.
