Well, we know that Baahubali – The Beginning made a lot of money. But that has put distributors in a fix because the producers are quoting high prices for the film. It is learnt that just for the USA market alone, the price of Rs 9 crore was the quote for the first film.

But after the mega success of the film, the makers are now asking for a whopping amount of Rs 25 crores and above! Yes, extremely high. Distributors are complaining that this is a bit too much because the film has made a lot of money no doubt, but that’s the maximum it can make and quoting such high prices is a no-brainer.

A decision on who will buy the film will be made after April. Let’s see what the deal is.
