Nandamuri Balakrishna after a small break signed his next film in the direction of KS Ravikumar recently. The regular shoot will commence next month and the makers are busy finalizing the actors, technicians. If the ongoing speculations are to be believed, RX 100 hottie Payal Rajput is in talks to romance Balayya in this mass entertainer which is titled Ruler. C Kalyan who is producing a women-centric film with Payal locked the actress for Ruler too.

There are also talks that Varalaxmi Sarathkumar may play a role with negative shades in this action drama. Balakrishna plays a ruthless cop and Jagapathi Babu is the lead antagonist. Made on a decent budget, Ruler will release during Sankranthi 2020. The new look of Balakrishna is currently designed.
