Guntur: Following a speculation that YSRCP leader Bhumana Karunakar Reddy might get arrested any time in connection with the Tuni violence case, Bhumana on Tuesday alleged that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is deliberately implicating him in the case.
Following the notices issued by the CID officials, Bhumana appeared in Guntur Regional CID office on Tuesday morning. This is the third time he appeared before the CID sleuths after September 6 and 7 where the investigators grilled him for 12 hours.
Speaking to media persons, Bhumana said that he was ready for any sort of interrogation in the case. Coming down heavily on Chandrababu Naidu, Bhumana alleged that Naidu was mastered in the art of back stabbing. It is very easy for Chandrababu Naidu to hatch plots and conspiracies, he alleged. Bhumana also alleged that Naidu is trying to divert people’s problems by raking up the Tuni violence issue.
He further said that Seemandhra people are most unfortunate in the country to be ruled by traitor like Naidu. Claiming that he has no role in Tuni violence, Bhumana warned that he would directly take part in the agitation launched by Mudragada Padmanabam for reservation for Kapus.
For the act committed by some miscreants in Tuni arson after Kapu Garjana, the State government is after the YSRCP activists and filing false cases, he said. Bhumana expressed anger over Naidu for trying to hatch conspiracy against YSRCP ever since it extended moral support to Kapu agitation.
