Kireeti Damaraju i is one among 16 contestants participating in Bigg Boss season 2 Telugu and he joined the show in celebrity category. Even though he did not get big break in Tollywood, he is known for his role as bridegroom in ‘Uyyala Jampala’ movie that was telecast several times on TV.
Kireeti Damaraju started his acting career with short films. Shortfilm ‘Anukokunda’ was selected for Cannes and gave his career big boost. He later entered into movies and bagged role in ‘Second Hand’ and Uyyala Jampala movies. Before entering into acting career he was working in a video game company.
He acted in films like Uyyala Jampala, Second Hand, Bham Bolenath, Meeku Meere Maku Meme, Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi, Mental Madhilo and Chal Mohan Ranga and in most of the movies he played the role of bridegroom wishing to marry heroine and later loses her for hero of the movie. Thats why Nani called him “official pelli koduku of Tollywood” while introducing him. He also appeared in the Telugu comedy TV show ‘Many Happy Returns’ that was directed by Gunnam Ganga Raju.
