BJP is famous for its ‘Divide and Rule’ strategy, especially in the north. With the rise of anti-Modi and anti-BJP wavein the south, it’s focused completely shifted to the southern party, where regional parties are currently holding a strong ground. In its attempt to disrupt the political balance in the south, BJP is opting ‘Laud on the face, and stab from the back’.
Yes. The recent speech by BJP MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju in AP Assembly and the way parliament proceedings are heading hold the key to this strategy. Speaking in the AP Assembly, Vishnu Kumar Raju praised the Pattiseema project, calling it a wonderful project. At the same time, he did not shy away from criticizing the AP Govt. on pensions, and promotions in the police department.
From Lok Sabha proceedings, it is clearly evident that BJP is backing AIADMK from behind, in order to stop the NCM from getting moved. Political analysts feel that BJP’s is supporting AIADMK for its ill motives, and the Tamil Nadu party is ought to be betrayed, just like the TDP in Andhra Pradesh.
The BJP is trying its best to maintain pro-public, (excluding the NCM), and working from back doors to conquer South India.
