It was a Mixed weekend at the Domestic Box-Office with New Releases doing Poor to Below Par Business while the Holdover Goodachari emerges as a Hit.
Srinivasa Kalyanam : After having a Below Par Day One with 2.93 Cr domestic share, the film has dropped on Friday, has shown some growth on Saturday & Sunday which was not even uniform across all areas. It has collected an estimated share of 5.95 Cr over the weekend taking 4 days total to 8.90 Cr approx. Below Par !
Vishwaroopam2 : After a very average opening on Friday with 77 lakhs share, the film has dropped badly on Saturday (over 60% down from Friday in some areas) and went down further on Sunday which is worse. It has collected an estimated distributor in the range of 1.5-1.55 Cr in Telugu States against the valued theatricals of 5.5 Cr which tallies to less than 30 percent recovery. The film will find it very hard to sustain on weekdays. Disastrous !
Goodachari : As expected the film has emerged as a Hit with all area buyers entering into safe zone. It has collected an estimated distributor share of 1.25 Cr share over the weekend taking 10 days total to 6.35 Cr. Now the film eyes to emerge as a Super Hit which is certain to happen with a big national holiday during mid week. Hit !
Chi La Sow : The film has continued it’s poor run with very minimal shares over the weekend. 10 days total share of the film is in the range of 1.65-1.70 Cr against the valued theatricals of 3 Cr which means a Disaster!
Saakshyam : The film is still feeding some theatres mainly in some mass centres and is on the verge of its Closing. Cummulative share of the film is up at 11.50 Cr against theatricals of 25 Cr. DISASTER !
