AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu held a review meeting on the developmental projects in Amaravati capital city area. He made his first visit to Secretariat since the start of election campaign. His visit assumed significance as the election code is still in force. Chief Secretary LV Subrahmanyam and other top IAS officers did not attend the review meeting because of the election code.
Municipal Administration Minister P. Narayana, Capital Region Development Authority officials and others were present on the occasion. Mr. Naidu enquired from the officials the progress on the works at the new multi-storeyed buildings. Over Rs. 35,000 crore worth projects were under way.
Chandrababu is all set to go to Karnataka once again and he will address election meetings to favour the Janada Dal (Secular) party of Deve Gowda there. A road map has already been finalised for Naidu’s election campaigns in other states including North India to ask for voters’ support to non-BJP parties.
