CM Ramesh – Vijay Sai Reddy touched the feet of PM Modi
YSRCP MP Vijay Sai Reddy has taken the war of words between YSRCP and TDP to an all new level. Speaking outside the parliament, Vijay Sai Reddy said the acronym of TDP is ‘Telugu Dongala Party’. He went on to say, ‘Chandrababu Naidu is leading the group of thieves. It is absolutely ridiculous on behalf of Chandrababu to talk about AP Special Category Status now.
In fact, everyone is referring Chandrababu as U-turn uncle. Everyone, including us, followed the path of Chandrababu’.
His remarks did not end there. He alleged that CBN got 18 cases struck down, and questioned the AP CM’s integrity. ‘If he is so upright, ask him to direct the CBI to probe ‘Vote for Note’ case. He is a nothing but a criminal. If he claims he is not guilty of any crimes, ask him to get it proved in the court of law’. Reacting to the comments, TDP MP CM Ramesh said, ‘Vijay Sai Reddy has insulted 5 crore Telugu people by falling on the feet of PM Modi’.
Reacting to this, YSRCP Vijay Sai Reddy rubbished the claims by CM Ramesh and said, ‘I only greeted PM Modi. I did not fall on his feet. I also wrote a letter to the Secretary-General of Parliament, asking to release the footage of Rajya Sabha proceedings’.
These comments have sparked controversy in political circles, and have further raised the heat in AP politics.
