Sitting in the editing suite, Megastar Chiranjeevi is said to be taking utmost care about the final output of Sye Raa. He is mercilessly chopping out some sequences, to make the film crisp and at a healthy runtime.
A talk is doing rounds about this particular underwater episode of Sye Raa, where Uyyalwada Narasimha Reddy takes on some of the British soldiers. As Uyyalawada is a good swimmer, he used to practice breathless acts underwater and used to dive into deep lakes to escape from enemies some times. Apart from a fighting episode, there are scenes where Chiranjeevi is seen showing doing yoga asanas underwater as part of his routine at Amitabh’s ashram in the movie.
They have spent huge to shoot this episode in Mumbai, where Chiranjeevi and coupe of other professional stuntmen known for their diving capabilities have taken part under the supervision of cinematographer Priya Seth (Airlift movie fame) who is popular for shooting underwater footage.
Retaining some yoga episodes, Chiranjeevi wants to chop away the fight sequence for now, but a final call is yet to be taken, a source revealed.
