Hyderabad: V Hanumantha Rao, former MP and AICC secretary, made a forecast on tumbling of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) once KT Rama Rao becomes chief minister of Telangana. He attributed the reason of under current discontent to the collapse of the pink party.
“There’s tremendous under current discontent within TRS. But, it’s not exposed because of TRS supremo K Chandrashekahr Rao’s dictatorship and successful political journey so far. However, if KCR makes his son KT Rama Rao as chief minister of Telangana, then the party will collapse automatically. Voters are also realising that TRS government is doing nothing for them. The latest episode of LB Stadium flop show is just beginning for the TRS. Its friendly party AIMIM also couldn’t mobilise Muslims as it was Friday,” remarked Rao, popularly known as VH.
Congress party has further stated that TRS candidates and party cadres are engaged in transportation of huge money and they’re using ambulances for this purpose to avoid public eye and official checkups. Congress has requested the Election Commission (EC) to look into the matter.
Meanwhile, AICC general secretary and Telangana in-charge RC Khuntia said that KCR and Modi are two sides of a coin. While highlighting the poll surveys, which predict Congress win, Khuntia said that KCR was supporting Modi on every issue including note ban and GST, and now started criticising him.
