Superstar Rajinikanth wrapped up the shoot of his next film 2.0 which has been delayed by months. Shankar is the director of this big budget sci-fi thriller which is busy with the post-production work. Though the official release date of 2.0 is yet to be announced, the makers are said to have locked the date to release the teaser. The film’s teaser will be out on May 27th during the final match of IPL 2018.
The film’s teaser will also be screened with Kaala in theatres from June 7th. Made on a massive budget, 2.0 has been carrying massive expectations and Akshay Kumar is the lead antagonist. Amy Jackson is the female lead and AR Rahman composed the music. Lyca Productions bankrolled 2.0 and the film will release in 3D in number of languages across the globe. The VFX work of 2.0 delayed the film’s release.
