Tremors of Tuticorin violence still shaking Tamil Nadu (https://www.telugu360.com/tuticorn-thoothukudi-violence-issue-protest-and-the-future/). More than 50 people have injured and 13 died. Yet Modi did not respond on this issue. DMK leader Stalin lambastes Modi and doubts whether he is PM for Tamil Nadu too or not/
Stalin remarked -“Prime Minister Modi should come here (Tuticorin) and visit the victims. It is his minimum duty. If he is so busy he could have at least sent some Union Minister. ” Stalin also took dig at Modi for responding to Kohli’s fitness challenge within one day but never finding time to respond on Tuticorin violence.
Stalin also lambasted Panner Selvam and Palani Swamy for not visiting Thoothukudi yet. Earlier CM Palani Swamy drawn the ire from people for giving lame excuses for not visiting Tuticorin. When media asked him why he didn’t visit the place, he replied as there is 144 section, and as CM he can not break the law, he could not visit the place. This silly explanation angered people and the Tamil Nadu people are shattered by unresponsiveness of central government and lame excuses of sate government on this incident.
