It is no secret that AP CM Jaganmohan Reddy has special hatred for the Eenadu and the Andhra Jyothi media. Now, he is repeatedly saying in the Assembly that big advertisements were being given in Eenadu gazette about the government welfare programmes. Jagan asked Chandrababu Naidu to check for himself in the Eenadu gazette, if necessary, instead of making allegations against his government. CM’s funny statements raised curiosity in opposition benches. Then, Naidu gave a strong counter asking why Jagan Reddy is not considering his family’s Sakshi newspaper as the official gazette of his pitiable government. Obviously, YSR son knows full well that nobody, including, YCP leaders will read and trust the Sakshi media which is why there is no use to give official ads there.
This Assembly session, Jagan Reddy and Chandrababu are engaging in heavily loaded personal comments against each other. When Jagan said that under Naidu regime, there were no rains, the TDP boss hit back saying that the rain god is afraid of going go jail along with Jagan if he does not pour showers on the state. At one point, Naidu lost his cool and told Jagan that he is still like a 25-year-old person ready to single-handedly fight with all the 151 MLAs of YCP any place, any time.
