VV Vinayak was once one of the best mass directors of Telugu cinema. He was the highest-paid director of his time and right now he is left with no offers. Soon, he will be making his debut as an actor with Seenayya. Vinayak invested most of his earnings on lands in and around Hyderabad, Vizag. He made wise decisions and Telugu360 has exclusively learned that Vinayak is in plans to construct a studio near Chevella.
He owns 20 acres of land in the region and he recently acquired all the permissions. Right from shooting floors to the sets, the studio will have all the needed modern equipment and facilities. Apart from the studio, Vinayak is also in plans to construct a lavish resort which can be turned out into a weekend gateway for people of Hyderabad. The construction will start next year and Vinayak is investing a bomb on this project.
