Superstar Rajinikanth wrapped up the shoot of 2.0 which has been aimed for summer release this year. Shankar is directing this stylish sci fi thriller which is occupied with the post-production work. With enough scope for VFX effects, the makers are said to have invested huge on the VFX work in the film. The audio of the film has been released in Dubai last year and now the film’s teaser is getting ready for release next month.
The film’s teaser will be unveiled in February and top Superstars from Indian cinema are expected to grace this event. Big B Amitabh Bachchan, Megastar Chiranjeevi, Padmashri Kamal Haasan, Mammootty, Mohanlal are expected to grace the event and release the film’s teaser. The date and the venue are yet to be decided but Shankar requested all the Superstars to attend the event. The teaser will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam languages.
Amy Jackson is the female lead and Akshay Kumar is the villian. AR Rahman is composing the tunes, background score while Lyca Productions is producing 2.0 on a massive budget.
