Billionaire industrialist Gautam Adani visited Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in Hyderabad on Friday and donated Rs 100 Cr towards setting up of Young India Skills University. The powerful yet controversial industrialist Gautam Adani flew down to Hyderabad to meet Telangana CM.

The meeting which happened in a warm atmosphere, gave way to a picture, in which both Adani and Revanth Reddy are seen holding the donation document. Soon, the news of Adani donating Rs 100 Cr to Telangana CM made headlines at national level and the picture of Adani and Revanth Reddy became viral on social media.

Congress scion and Revanth Reddy’s boss Rahul Gandhi has been a bitter critic of Adani. Rahul Gandhi has been on a tirade against Gautam Adani, alleging that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been looting common man to make Adani rich. While it may be a political rhetoric, states which are led by Congress are offering a warm welcome to Gautam Adani’s investments and financial donations.
