Gautamiputra Satakarni Shooting update

Nandamuri Balakrishna has been taking special care on his prestigious 100th film which has been titled Gautamiputra Satakarni. Krish is directing the movie and Balayya will be essaying the role of a warrior in the film. After being made on a budget of Rs 55 crores, Gautamiputra Satakarni surprised everyone with the pre-release business of Rs 70 crores. Shriya Saran is the female lead in this periodic drama and the look of Balayya received exceptional response from the audience all over.

As per the latest news, the principle shoot of the film has been wrapped up today except some patch work which will be shot soon. Balayya and Shriya Saran shot for a song in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad with which the shoot has been concluded. The movie has enough scope for VFX work and 25 companies have been assigned the work. Each and every scene from the film needs CG corrections and hence the makers have been working close with the CG team which is almost done. The VFX work of the film will be wrapped up by the end of this month and the first copy of Gautamiputra Satakarni will be ready by the mid of December.

The theatrical trailer will be out on December 9th and the audio of the film will be unveiled on December 16th. Bankrolled by First Frame Entertainments, Gautamiputra Satakarni will hit the screens during Sankranthi 2017.
