Even the AP High Court is expressing its shock over the reverse manner in which Jagan Reverse Regime is ignoring the orders of the courts. Clearly angry in this regard, the HC has started giving shock treatment to the reverse GOs being issued by Jagan. The court has dismissed the latest GO 63 issued by CM Jagan for reviewing the Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) of solar and wind power companies once again. This is the second time Jagan Circar is embarrassing the power generating companies which have no option but to approach court again and again.
This time, the High Court took serious objection to the silly manner in which Jagan Regime is treating the court orders. It commented that Jagan’s acts amount to contempt of court. The HC also dismissed the committee set up by Jagan to talk to solar companies to review PPAs. It set a deadline for the Jagan Regime to solve disputes and clear the dues to power companies. The HC also ordered the YCP government to approach the AP Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC) for settling disputes with regard to the previous agreements.
