Is KCR dissatisfied with the party functionaries? Will there be any changes he is going to make? It is learnt that TRS chief and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is planning to take classes to the party cadre after Diwali. KCR, who gave a new shape to Telangana State by reorganising the districts, is learnt to have believed that changes are required in the party if it wants to make an indelible impression.
KCR seems to have taken a decision to spare a day for his party from his hectic time in overseeing the State administration.
From the day one after taking reigns of the State, the Chief Minister has so far been focusing on the administration. But now he has decided to devise a plan in order to strengthen the party. Before making any major changes, KCR wanted to take classes to the leaders and the TRS workers.
It may be recalled that he had organised a two-day training session for the Ministers along with the leaders at Nagarjuna Sagar. Now, the TRS chief is thinking that such sessions are required for the party cadre for another time. However, there will be some clarity on the training sessions only after the Diwali festival. In the wake of creation of new districts, the senior leaders are opining that awareness on various aspects should be created among the party cadre.
Although the ruling TRS earned good name among the people, the TRS leadership opined that the cadre is not working to their expectations in bringing welfare schemes to the people.
KCR is learnt to have taken note of the speculation that he is not satisfied with the work of the Telangana Ministers. In the recent cabinet meeting, KCR reportedly expressed dissatisfaction over the functioning of the ministers.
